What we collect
When you send the contact form, we collect only what you enter:
- Name
- Phone number and/or LINE ID
- Email address (if you provide it)
- The product you’re interested in and your message
- Your consent choices, with the date and time and the version of this policy at that moment
Technical data: when the form is submitted, your IP address is held briefly in server memory (about 10 minutes at most) to limit repeated submissions and prevent spam. Our hosting provider (Vercel) may record request data such as IP address, time and browser type in its logs for the period it determines. Our system does not write the content you enter into logs.
We don’t ask for sensitive data (such as health, religion or biometric data). Please don’t include it in your message.
Why we use it
- To contact you back about your inquiry, such as a trial request or a product question
- To send news and product updates — only if you separately opt in
- To prevent spam and misuse and to keep the website secure
We do not use your data for marketing without your consent.
Lawful basis
- Your consent: for contacting you about your inquiry, and for news and updates (if you opt in)
- Legitimate interests: for spam prevention and system security
How long we keep it
We keep form data for no longer than 1 year after our last contact with you, then delete it. If you withdraw consent or ask us to delete it, we will delete it sooner unless the law requires us to keep it.
Technical data used for spam prevention is kept only briefly, as described above.
Service providers and disclosure
We use these providers to receive the form and deliver it to us:
- Vercel — website hosting and the form endpoint
- Resend — delivers the form notification email to the Fuyu team
- Microsoft (Outlook) — the mailbox where we receive and keep your submission
We do not sell, rent or share your data with others for marketing. We may disclose data where required by law or by order of a competent authority.
International transfers
These providers may store or process data on servers outside Thailand, for example in the United States or other countries, where data protection standards may differ from Thailand’s. We share only the data that is needed and choose providers that have data security measures in place.
Your rights
As a data subject, you have the right to:
- Access your data and obtain a copy
- Have your data corrected and kept up to date
- Have your data deleted or destroyed
- Object to the collection, use or disclosure of your data
- Restrict the use of your data
- Receive your data, or have it sent elsewhere, in a commonly used machine-readable format (data portability)
- Withdraw your consent at any time, without affecting processing carried out before you withdrew it
- Complain to the Office of the Personal Data Protection Committee (PDPC) if you believe we have not complied with the law

How we keep data secure
- The website and form submissions are encrypted with HTTPS
- Only the Fuyu team members who need to contact you can access the data
- System keys and passwords are kept secret and never exposed on the website
- We collect only what is needed and do not write form content into system logs
No system is 100% secure. If a data breach occurs, we will act as required by law.
Minors
This website and form are intended for adults. If you are under 20, please ask a parent or legal guardian to contact us or give consent on your behalf. If we learn that we have received a minor’s data without a guardian’s consent, we will delete it.
Changes to this policy
We may update this policy from time to time and will show the latest update date on this page. If we make material changes to how we use data that require consent, we will ask for your consent again.
